Elijah tried Pablum (rice cereal) the other day... I think it was a success. The first bites were basically the consistency of milk. Once he got a taste for it, I thickened it up a bit and that seemed to go over well. Besides the fact that much of it came right out of his mouth, he was able to swallow some too and started to definitely like it. He became very excited between bites, giving lots of verbal cues that he wanted more!

Last night Gerdi and I hosted our first PPV hockey game - so much fun! I had gone to Costco in the morning and picked up wings, pizza, a fruit platter, spinach dip and french bread, taco chips for nachos and a whole thing of Nibs licorice. Yes, I was going all out for our first game! We invited my dad, brother, and friend Chad over to enjoy the festivities. To make things even better, the Canucks pulled off the win in the shoot out. Very exciting!!! Sadly, there are no pictures of this event because my camera was/is acting up and wouldn't co-operate. Has anyone ever had the memory card get full and then erase everything but the most recent pics off of it?? Well, I'm not even sure that they are erased because I can only take about 10 pics now before it tells me the card is full (it should hold over 250 pics), but I can't find the pics on the camera or when plugged in to my computer... very strange.

nice! Glad he liked the "good stuff" It is so fun watching them get the hang of solid food. Tons of fun.
About the camera, I have never heard of that because I delete pictures from our card all the time and I haven't had that happen yet. Hope you get it figured out.
