Growing Up

Elijah is definitely turning into a toddler now, who we affectionately call "Toddy" especially when he's acting like a toddler. Yes, my precious baby is now entering toddlerhood and certainly is having his toddler moments... He will now go limp in my arms if he doesn't want to go where I'm going, will sprawl on the floor when things aren't going his way, and will look me in the eye saying, "no, no, no" while he goes ahead and touches the remote controls, the tv, the cell phones etc. He's quite the character right now, and we are enjoying him so much (even if he can be a little naughty!). It seems everyday he discovers how to do something new. He's also catching onto many words now, although it certainly takes a trained ear to understand some of his words!

Here Elijah pulled a cup of water down from the table and poured it all over himself!!

The other day Elijah insisted on "helping" mummy with the vacuuming.

This is our little character. My mum had dressed him up like this... (don't ask me why) and he looked absolutely hilarious! He also seemed to know that he was funny because he was really hamming it up :D

We celebrated Easter with the Goerzen side on Sunday. The kids had a little Easter egg hunt and Elijah enjoyed his treats too.
